Job Description
This position is a litmus test and a first step towards implementing the HRBP Model at Arbisoft. How well the position holder performs will determine whether we’ll implement the model across the company.
Experience: Ideally someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in a tech industry
Who are we exactly looking for and what skill do they possess:
- A Listener: Someone who is an “active” listener of a team member’s concerns and is an empath. Goes the extra mile to resolve issues.
- Competency Mapping: Responsible for the competency mapping of their unit. This also includes bi-annual and annual reviews, team member profiling, and succession planning.
- Training and Coaching: Identifying training need of their unit and coming up with plans and action steps to address those needs
- Benchmarking modern HR best practices: Continuously striving towards improvement, learning, and excellence, all across their business unit
- Tech Savy: Is familiar with modern tools, curious about recent trends, and familiar with commonly used tech jargon.
- Hands-on: Someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and dive into solving a problem, instead of delegating. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to get the work done
- A Risk Taker: If you tried something in the past and failed, that’s exactly what we’re looking for. The right candidate thinks out of what’s already trending, goes against the wind. Has the ability to foresee potential challenges and plans accordingly.
- Data-Driven: Someone who investigates, analyzes, and then responds. Someone who backs decisions by data and logic, not on a hunch.
- Attention to detail: Is thorough, data-driven, and gets deeper insights. Rethinks before claiming the job done
