The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Manage operational side of rewards, benefits and entitlements.
- Execute benefits and compensation/rewards strategy.
- Process mobile allowances.
- Supervise medical insurance help desk;liaison with insurance companies, deal with insurance claims etc.
- Manage laptop committee and special approvals for laptops.
- Handle reimbursements and approvals.
- Manage and develop the system for rewards/benefits.
