April and June Digital (Private) Limited is a Germany based Software house & Digital marketing company, started operation back in 2009 in Berlin, Germany and in 2010 in Lahore, Pakistan.
We are actively seeking for Software Quality Assurance Manager with at least 10 years of experience in manual and automated testing with recent 2-3 years of experience in a managerial position.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze the result of the development team and compare it with the project requirements or design templates.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams and document how to reproduce the errors.
- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance (Manual, Automated)
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Conduct software testing effectively and efficiently across desktop, web , mobile and emerging technologies
- Strong experience in UI/UX design testing with responsive layouts
- Develop and exhibit advanced level knowledge of QA lifecycle
- Understand business requirements, prepare test estimates and test plans, conduct test execution and prepare results
- Identify and take up self-learning opportunities
Requirements:
- Must have 10+ years of relevant experience
- Must have recent 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Must have can-do attitude
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Experience in different testing strategies and techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other.
- Experience in developing own automated tests (e.g. Selenium).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to provide quality advice to Development team
- Self-motivated, having a passion for learning
- Be able to train other resources.
- Strong communication and team skills to coordinate activities between stakeholder groups
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science
