We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can:
- Serve as a liaison between Haier Pakistan and the candidate pool and ultimately our employees – must present company business actions and values with professionalism
- Manages Recruiting strategies and implementation, conducting onboarding and orientation; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Contact, qualify and convert applicants and potential applicants for the company.
- Manage communications with applicants throughout the process, scheduling the process for orientation, and finally, serve as a point of contact for employees after hire and operate as a source of ongoing support
- Works closely with all Product Managers and department Leads to identify talent needs for present, future and continual ramp-ups as needed.
